Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ experience as CNC mill/lathe operator preferred.
• Experience verifying dimensions of parts using micrometers, calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, depth gauges, and fixed gauges.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Flexibility in work assignments.
• Must be able to stand 8-10 hours daily and lift up to 70 lbs with assistance.
• Overtime availability as required.

Responsabilités

• Reads and interprets work instructions, prints, and job orders for product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Troubleshoots, edits, and optimizes production programs for efficiency.
• Sets machine controls to work orders and regulates cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow.
• Documents program changes to ensure repeatable setups and optimized production time.
• Observes machine operation and verifies conformance to specifications with gauges and measuring tools.
• Deburrs parts to meet blueprint specifications.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up machines with flexibility to maximize output and quality.
