Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC mills and lathes to manufacture components.
• Read blueprints and specs; collaborate with engineering to resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect parts during production and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Improve processes to reduce waste and boost efficiency.
• Train new machinists and maintain organized, safe workspace.
