Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC machining and programming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with mills and lathes; composite machining preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC machines (mills and lathes) to produce composite components.
• Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment to ensure precision.
• Inspect machined parts and perform quality checks against specifications.
• Analyze machining processes and identify efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to meet goals and deadlines.
• Assist in training new machinists on CNC techniques and equipment.
