Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in the Decatur/Atlanta area. The role pays $21.00-$25.00 per hour, with a temp-to-perm path and daytime shift (8AM-5PM).

The job requires reading blueprints, tooling guidelines, and operating CNC machinery with attention to tolerances, cycle sequencing, and safety procedures. Previous CNC experience and Excel/Word familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Reads blueprint or job orders for product specifications, dimensions and tolerances.
• Operates CNC equipment with proper tool setup and programming awareness.
• Follows safety protocols and maintains clean, organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Starts up and shuts down the machine.
• Reads blueprints or orders and determines sequence of operations.
• Selects and secures tools in holders.
• Maintains basic panel saw operations and lubrication.
• Communicates with QA to review parts and reduce scrap.
