Job summary

Ace Precision is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Operator in Wisconsin to set up and run 5-axis milling centers for precision metallic parts. You’ll analyze drawings and specs, establish tolerances, and execute multi-axis movements with confidence.

Responsibilities include programming and verifying CNC programs, inspecting finished parts with precision gauges, and recording process data. Overtime and shift options provide growth opportunities at our facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two+ years of related machining experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling centers to produce metallic parts.
• Study drawings, routings, and specifications to establish tolerances.
• Program, set up, and verify CNC programs; adjust tooling as needed.
• Inspect parts with bore gauges, rail gauges, and micrometers; log SPC data.
• Identify and report out-of-tolerance conditions; maintain throughput.
