Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Hamilton, OH is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for the 4th shift to set up, operate and monitor CNC equipment, ensuring parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards. You will read prints, perform inspections and document results, while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

You will work with hand tools, adjust machines as needed, and collaborate with the team to minimize downtime and keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

1–5 years of experience operating CNC machines or similar precision machining equipment.
Ability to read CNC prints and tolerances to .000.
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Familiarity with machine controls (start, stop, E-stop) and basic troubleshooting.
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret calipers and precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet exact specs.
Review CNC prints with tolerances down to .000 to maintain accuracy.
Complete quality forms and daily inspection reports with detail.
Use hand tools and shop equipment to support machine operation and minor adjustments.
Monitor machine performance and adjust for efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with team to resolve issues and maintain workflow.
