Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Apprenticeship or vocational CNC training preferred.
• CAD/CAM knowledge is a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings is required.
• Proficiency with CNC programming and G-code is essential.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and QC procedures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines per drawings and specifications.
• Program CNC machines using G-code to produce high-precision parts.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to meet quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment to ensure uptime.
• Collaborate with engineers and QC to resolve production issues and improve processes.
• Maintain production records and report any deviations or defects.
• Follow safety protocols and keep the work area organized.
