Job summary

Rev-Tech Manufacturing Solutions, LLC seeks a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and operate mills and lathes, delivering precise machined parts. You will interpret blueprints, adjust tooling, and monitor quality in a busy St. Petersburg metalworking environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of CNC experience, the ability to read blueprints, and a focus on safety and efficiency in a demanding shop setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience required.
• Must set up jobs independently.
• Must read blueprints and tolerances.
• Must perform to close tolerances and math requirements.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operates mills and lathes by following setup, offsets, and tool data.
• Sets up three- and four-jaw chucks, tools, and attachments.
• Produces parts from blueprints, GD&T, and work orders.
• Works with sheet metal and plastics as required.
• Monitors quality and maintains documentation logs.
• Maintains safe operations per OSHA and company rules.
• Performs preventive maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
