Job summary

CMCO, a leader in the heavy lift and securement industry, seeks a Machine Operator in Jacksonville, AR. The role sets up and operates standard CNC tools, follows blueprints and specifications, and contributes to production with a focus on quality and productivity.

You will work the First shift, reporting to the Team Lead/Plant Manager, joining a team with a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverages, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 5–50 pounds regularly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machine tools.
• Read blueprints and written specifications.
• Use shop mathematics in machining.
• Utilize machinist hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Shape metal to precise dimensions and finishes.
• Maintain production and quality standards with maximum productivity.
• Lift 5 to 50 pounds regularly.
• Move and inspect parts as needed.
