Qualifications

• Experience setting up CNC lathes and operating related equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines according to specifications and submit first-article parts for quality approval.
• Load raw materials, CNC programs, and required tooling to prepare machines for production.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce first-article and production parts with consistent quality.
• Monitor machine performance through visual checks to maintain smooth operations.
• Inspect and measure finished parts using precision tools to verify tolerances.
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards while maintaining an efficient workflow.
• Oversee accessories and related equipment to ensure proper functioning during production.
