Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience.
• 5+ years of CNC lathe setup and operation experience.
• 5+ years of CNC lathe programming experience.
• 3+ years of blueprint reading experience.
• 1–2 years of experience using manufacturing test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CNC lathe activities to meet production and quality objectives.
• Create, update, and maintain CNC lathe programs while keeping accurate records.
• Set up CNC lathes to ensure efficient production operations.
• Operate and troubleshoot CNC lathes independently as required.
• Perform in-process inspections to verify accuracy and compliance.
