Qualifications

• Read blueprints and interpret GD&T to produce parts within tight tolerances.
• Attention to detail and safe, precise operation in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with CNC lathe machines and precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate single turret/dual turret, twin spindle CNC lathes with live tooling.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, gauge blocks, and comparators.
• Record production data and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Apply offsets on Fanuc controls and troubleshoot tool wear.
• Identify issues affecting tolerances and communicate outcomes.
