Job summary

PLI Manufacturing, a company of Phoenix Defense, is hiring a CNC Lathe Machinist to support aerospace-grade fabrication. You will set up and operate 3- and 4-axis CNC lathes, follow blueprints and written work instructions, and ensure quality and production standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related training or experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team. Benefits include 401(k), medical, PTO, and tuition assistance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust semi-automatic or automatic CNC lathes.
• Follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.
• Maintain 5-S principles and perform housekeeping.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
