Job summary

Ingersoll Rand in Ivyland, PA is seeking a reliable CNC Lathe Machinist to set up, adjust, and operate machine tools according to engineering specs. You will work with lathes, grinders, and CNC machines, following blueprints and quality standards to produce precision parts while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of CNC lathe experience, strong measurement skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years’ experience operating CNC lathe machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC lathe machines and related tooling.
• Inspect parts against blueprints using calipers and gauges.
• Maintain safety standards and document production logs.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance to improve processes.
• Follow standard work and quality procedures.
