Responsibilities

• Set up CNC Laser Machine according to work orders, blueprints, or drawings.
• Adjust machine speeds or actions for variances during runs.
• Operate laser by controlling index points and starting the machine.
• Verify dimensions before and after processing using gauges and tools.
• Load and unload parts as production requires.
• Detect and report defects or out-of-tolerance conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Assist supervisor with other tasks as needed.
