The role requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime as needed. Safety PPE and teamwork are essential in this team-driven role.

Qualifications

• Experience with CNC laser cutting preferred.
• Familiarity with fabrication equipment such as piranha ironworker, tube bender, and press brake is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and use standard measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing throughout the shift.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC laser cutting equipment, ensuring accuracy and part quality.
• Set up and monitor machines based on job specifications and production requirements.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job instructions.
• Set up and operate CNC Plasma.
• Perform quality checks using calipers, tape measures, and other tools.
• Handle and organize materials before and after cutting.
• Clean, deburr, and prepare parts for the next production phase.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues promptly.
