Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC is seeking an experienced multi-axis CNC Creep Feed Grinder Programmer/Operator in Minnesota. You will program, load, and run creep feed grinding operations to produce high-tolerance parts used in aerospace and power generation, with strict adherence to drawings, GD&T, and quality procedures.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of CNC grinding experience, read complex drawings, and apply metrology tools for in-process inspection.

Qualifications

High School diploma or trade certificate is required.
3–5 years of multi-axis CNC grinding experience.
Strong ability to read GD&T drawings and engineering specs.
Proficiency in creep feed grinding principles and machine setup.
Experience with precision metrology for in-process inspection.

Responsibilities

Load workpieces, select grinding wheels, program and set up machine parameters based on drawings and specs.
Create/modify CNC programs for complex grinding paths.
Monitor grinding process and perform in-process inspections with precision tools.
Perform deburr operations and contribute to fixturing design when needed.
Identify and resolve machine/tool/process issues and document inspection findings.
