Job summary

MD&A Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC seeks an experienced multi-axis CNC Machinist to operate, set up, and perform select programming for creep-feed grinding on hard metals and alloys used in industrial gas turbines and aerospace.

The role requires interpreting drawings, loading fixtures, and monitoring processes to achieve high-tolerance finishes with strict quality control while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 5 years of CNC operation and G-code programming experience.
• Familiar with CAD/CAM software and CNC grinding principles.
• Experience with precision metrology and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and G-code.
• Install fixtures and tools, load raw materials.
• Enter program instructions and monitor production.
• Verify tolerances with micrometers and gauges.
• Perform maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe workspace; document production data.
• Perform deburring and other duties as assigned.
