Job summary

acsius is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC Brake Press, Roll Former, Raz, CNC Punch, Laser, or Amada equipment. The role requires reading blueprints, selecting tools, inputting control media, and ensuring parts meet specifications.

You will perform basic measurement with calipers and gauges, maintain maintenance records, keep the workspace clean, and work 8+ hours daily in a non-air-conditioned shop. Prior CNC experience is required.

Qualifications

• Prior CNC machine experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and perform basic measurements.
• Proficiency with calipers and gauges for quality checks.
• Strong attention to safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates CNC Brake Press, Roll Former, Raz, CNC Punch, Laser, or Amada machines.
• Selects, aligns punch tools and inputs control media.
• Verifies conformance of finished work-piece to specifications.
• Maintains maintenance records and housekeeping in the plant.
• Operates from blueprints and tolerances, ensuring quality.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
