Job summary

Johnson Controls’ Silent-Aire division is seeking a CNC Brake Press Operator to prepare, set up and operate CNC press brakes to fabricate parts per blueprints and schedules. You will load, pre-program and create programs, while following PPE and safety guidelines.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience on ACC, Safan or brake presses; you will inspect equipment, assist with production goals, and keep the workstation clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a CNC Brake Press Operator.
• Ability to read blueprints and program machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Brake Press, set up and adjust equipment per production plans.
• Fabricate piece parts following schematics and blueprints.
• Read and interpret blueprints and program machining equipment to produce parts.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Keep department clean and organized; follow safety procedures.
