The ideal candidate has experience assembling electronic components, reading drawings, and performing functional testing, with strong attention to detail and teamwork across manufacturing, engineering, and quality functions.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience assembling electronic components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Proficiency using hand tools and inspection instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and data entry.
• Technical or vocational training in electronics/manufacturing.
• Experience in aerospace/high-reliability manufacturing environments.
• Experience performing visual inspections and functional testing of electronic assemblies.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble product lines such as Cabin Display Monitors, Servers, and Button Switches.
• Follow assembly instructions, engineering drawings, and diagrams to ensure accurate component placement and product assembly.
• Inspect and test assembled units to verify quality, functionality, and compliance with specifications.
• Operate assembly equipment and tools safely and efficiently while maintaining equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Maintain accurate production records, material usage documentation, and quality data.
• Adhere to all safety policies, procedures, and manufacturing best practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned.
• Be flexible to work across other cells on the Heads Up production floor.
