Job summary

Libra Industries is seeking a CMM Programmer/Inspector in Dayton, OH to program, set up, and operate CMMs for precision inspections. You will document results, ensure conformance to drawings, and drive quality improvements in a manufacturing setting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of CMM programming/inspector experience with Zeiss Calypso, ASQ CMI or GD&T training, and a high school diploma or GED. This role is based in a production environment with standard PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating CMM equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 3+ years programming and operating Zeiss Calypso.
• ASQ CMI certification and AUKOM CMM training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CMMs to perform precision inspections.
• Inspect products for dimensional and visual compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection results and approve/reject based on standards.
• Recommend process or assembly improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
• Maintain CMM equipment and accessories for reliability.
