Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing, ideally semiconductors or precision assembly.
• Prior cleanroom experience is strongly required and should be demonstrated on the resume.
• Understanding of semiconductor wafers and wafer handling importance.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~95% of time performing advanced cleanroom tasks: wafer handling, cleaning, inspection, assembly, measurement, and shipment prep.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment setup, calibration, troubleshooting, rework, and quality testing.
• Operate lab equipment, record precise production data, and adjust processes as needed.
• Maintain strict ESD, cleanroom, ISO, and safety protocols while lifting up to 25 lbs.
