Job summary

Arclin USA in Winnfield, LA is seeking a Production Operator E for an entry-level, full-time role in the resin/formaldehyde production area. You will perform manufacturing and processing tasks following HSE regulations and company policies to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include operating forklift, loading materials, supporting schedules, performing in-process checks with lab equipment, and collaborating with the Lead Operator and maintenance teams to resolve issues and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience a plus but must be able to become certified.
• Capable of driving a Tractor/Tanker unit or learn.
• Analytical and mechanical mindset needed for success.
• Previous chemical/processing experience a plus.
• Must be OK with rotating shifts (Days/Nights/Evenings).
• Must follow strict Health and Safety Guidelines and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Manufactures resin and formaldehyde and related surfaces per procedures and HSE regulations.
• Unloads/loads raw materials and finished products (trailer, railcar, etc.).
• Operates a forklift to load/unload materials.
• Collaborates with management to meet production/shipping schedule.
• Ensures shipping documents and procedures comply with regulations.
• Participates in Joint Health and Safety Committee to improve safety.
• Monitors processes and reports deviations to Lead Operator.
• Works with Lead Operator and others to meet production/maintenance schedules.
• Responds to process alarms and coordinates corrective actions.
• Performs In-Process Checks (IPC’s) using lab equipment to verify batch progression.
• Performs troubleshooting for process deviations.
