Job summary

Beynon Sports Surfaces, part of Tarkett Sports, is hiring a Chemical Processor to support the production of polyurethane and specialty surfaces in Hunt Valley, Maryland. The role requires precision, safety, and hands-on operation of processing equipment.

You will measure, mix, and process formulations, monitor reactors, and maintain accurate production documentation as part of a team dedicated to quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or industrial production preferred.
• Ability to follow formulas, procedures, and work instructions with accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with processing equipment.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Reliable attendance and ability to start at 6:00 AM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mix, and process chemical formulations according to established specifications.
• Operate and monitor processing equipment, reactors, and blending systems.
• Ensure accurate batching and documentation of production runs.
• Perform quality checks and report any deviations or inconsistencies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling of raw materials and chemicals.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in production efficiency and quality.
