Responsibilities

• Review formulation sheets to produce polyurethane foam.
• Operate panel board, cut off saw, and relieve other operators.
• Mix chemical formulations and handle materials safely.
• Transport product and materials with lift truck.
• Read, count and mark foam buns.
• Load and unload chemicals when needed.
• Follow environmental and DOT guidelines.
• Follow procedures for maintaining production equipment.
• Record process variables at all stations.
• Inspect conveyor and pour machine from start to finish.
