Job summary

You will weigh and fill according to recipes, use the Weight Assisted Computer and SAP for real-time inventory records, print labels, and verify delivery quantities. High school diploma and 1 year chemical manufacturing experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year chemical manufacturing experience preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP practices.
• Able to tolerate strong odors/allergens and stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Frequently lift a 35 lb product hose; regulars lift up to 50 lbs.
• Forklift license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety and quality first: follow SOPs, wear PPE, and maintain a clean area.
• Precision filling: weigh and fill per instructions/recipes with tested scales.
• Digital discipline: use Weight Assisted Computer, MES, and SAP for real-time accuracy.
• Inventory integrity: in SAP, record actual packed, confirm pack-out and scrap, ensure quantities match.
• Labeling excellence: print/reprint labels, choose label sizes, place labels correctly.
