Qualifications

• Position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Three years of experience with centerless and cylindrical grinders are required.
• Basic grinding skills to set-up and run multiple cylindrical parts.
• Knowledge of grinding wheels and wheel dressing.
• Able to read blueprints and familiar with precision gauging of aerospace parts.
• Mechanical skills and basic shop mathematics with decimals to .0001”.
• Must be results-oriented, motivated, and able to handle changing priorities.
• Some exposure to an industrial environment; reading blueprints and working with metals is helpful.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift heavy gages; some overtime may be required.
• Monday-Saturday.
