Job summary

Job description

Position requires standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Candidate must have three years of experience with centerless grinders and cylindrical grinders. Possess basic grinding skills required to set-up and run multiple cylindrical parts. Have knowledge of grinding wheels and wheel dressing. Able to read blue prints and familiar with precision gauging of aerospace parts. Possess mechanical skills and basic shop mathematics skills working with decimals to .0001”. Must be results-oriented, motivated, and deal with changing priorities. Candidate must have some exposure to an industrial environment, Able to read blueprints, Knowledge of working with metals helpful, Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy gages, Some overtime may be required. Monday-Saturday.
