Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and run centerless grinding machines (#3 and #2).
• Read process sheets, blueprints, or other instructions to perform tasks.
• Change tooling and setup according to machining sequences.
• Load parts manually or with a crane for large/heavy pieces.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Inspect parts against predetermined tolerances.
• Work in other areas or departments as needed (training provided).
• Follow company policies, safety policies, and quality guidelines.
