Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Centerless Grinder or in a similar role.
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers and gauges.
• In-depth knowledge of tool and die, machining, and GD&T.
• Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve machine-related issues promptly.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations in the manufacturing industry.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A vocational certificate or degree in a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities
