You will work on diverse projects, verify trueness with plumb bobs, lasers and levels, and perform formwork, reinforcing steel, and tool operation.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, ability to work overtime, and reliable transportation are required; fall protection certification and OSHA 10 are provided.
Qualifications
- Firm knowledge of carpenter structures, forms, and tools.
- Must be willing to complete Fall Protection Certification and OSHA 10 (provided by Garney).
- Must be willing to work overtime
- Must have access to reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Verifying the trueness of structures with a plumb bob, lasers, carpenter level, squares, and transits prior to concrete placements.
- Constructing forms and chutes for concrete placement
- Assembling and tying reinforcing steel
- Operating hand tools and power tools, such as saws, drills, roto hammers, grinders, etc
