Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Manufacturing Calibration Technician to join a premier manufacturing client in San Jose, CA. The role involves calibrating, testing, and preparing advanced instruments for shipping, with a day shift and a pay of $25 per hour.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of calibration experience, an associate’s degree in a technical field, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Preferred experience with Beckman, Agilent, or Hamilton equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in calibration of manufacturing machines/hardware.
• Associate’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer, Engineering, Life Sciences).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a basic understanding of statistical methods, techniques, formulas, and tests.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, test, and prepare advanced instruments for shipping following established procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues as the first line of defense.
• Participate in group problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
• Report to the Manufacturing Supervisor as part of the on-site Production Team.
