Job summary

Acumed LLC is seeking a Calibration Coordinator to oversee monthly gauge calibration, issue new gauges, and coordinate calibration services with approved suppliers. You will maintain records in SAP, prepare NCRs for out-of-tolerance gauges, and support audits with calibration documentation.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, strong organizational skills, and experience in a manufacturing setting. Candidates should be proficient with MS Office and Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO and FDA regulations related to calibration and audits.
• Intermediate knowledge of Quality concepts and QC tools.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat; ability to use Excel for statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly calibration of Acumed gauges.
• Write NCRs for out-of-tolerance gauges.
• Schedule calibration services with approved external suppliers.
• Issue new gauges and organize gauges across locations.
• Transport gauges to appropriate calibration sources.
• Maintain calibration certificates and related records in the ERP (SAP).
• Provide documentation during audits and assist in training QA staff.
