Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a calibration professional to lead our internal calibration program within the Quality Engineering team. You will manage the calibration database, coordinate equipment rotations, recalls, and vendor interactions, and help define standard procedures across engineering, production, and field ops.

The role requires an Associate degree and experience with AS9100 or equivalent audits, plus the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field; military PMEL/TMDE acceptable.
• Experience calibrating in large production environments.
• Experience with 3rd party calibration vendors and audits.
• Familiar with AS9100 and external auditing requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal calibration program within Quality Engineering, coordinating with product, production, and field ops.
• Manage calibrated tools: tracking, recalls, ownership, and locations.
• Coordinate equipment rotations and on-site calibration scheduling with vendors.
• Develop calibration procedures and training for stakeholders.
• Ensure certificates and compliance with testing standards when required.
