Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking entry- to mid-level operators for our wire and cable manufacturing teams in Taunton, MA. You will learn to safely and efficiently run machinery to produce our wires and cables, with on-the-job training and clear performance standards.

You'll work in shifts including 2nd and 3rd, with a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation, and benefit from a range of perks and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior experience is welcome but not required; basic English is needed for communication.

Qualifications

• Associates will receive firsthand training from experienced operators on how to safely and efficiently run machinery to produce wires and cables.
• Training continues until proficient with machine operations, data logging, and basic inventory control.
• Associates should be able to lift 25–50 pounds and work in heat/noise environments.
