The role requires reading tape measures, blueprints, and ensuring proper fit and function of hardware. Physical work with up to 50 lbs, safety-first mindset, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship are essential.

Responsibilities

• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and composites.
• Install hardware and ensure proper fit and function.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Read shop drawings and orders to meet project requirements.
• Maintain tools and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with material handling and inventory as needed.
