No formal education is required; on-the-job training is provided. You will review drawings, plan cutting sequences, assemble parts, and ensure quality while maintaining a safe, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Ability to read measurement tools such as a tape measure.
• Commitment to quality and meeting production quotas.
• Read and follow cabinet drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review cabinet drawings and assemble cabinets to specifications.
• Plan sequence of cutting or shaping operations.
• Assemble cabinet parts per paperwork specs.
• Set up and operate woodworking machines (saws, shapers).
• Verify dimensions and ensure parts fit per specifications.
• Keep work area clean and organized; follow safety rules.
