Closet Factory in the United States is seeking a dependable Cabinet Shop Employee to join the team. This role focuses on manufacturing, assembling, and preparing high-quality cabinetry and storage solutions.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, team-oriented, and committed to craftsmanship. The position involves operating woodworking machinery, reading shop drawings, and installing hardware, with an emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous cabinet shop, woodworking, carpentry, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate power tools and woodworking equipment.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic math and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery, including panel saws, edgebanders, drill presses, and other shop equipment.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, work orders, and production schedules.
• Cut, machine, assemble, and prepare cabinet components according to specifications.
• Install hardware, drawer slides, hinges, and other cabinet accessories.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on shop equipment as assigned.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Assist with inventory management and material handling.
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
