BURROWS CABINETS in Texas is seeking a Woodworking Specialist to accurately cut, shape, assemble, and finish wood components for cabinet doors. The role demands a high level of skill with woodworking machinery, sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to quality throughout the production process.

You will operate saws (table, miter, panel), routers, shapers, sanders, and CNC equipment, read blueprints, measure to precise tolerances, and perform initial quality checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional woodworking/cabinet making experience.
• Proficiency operating standard woodworking machinery (saws, routers, shapers).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
• Understanding of wood properties, joinery and finishing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to perform physical work (lift heavy materials, stand long periods).

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain woodworking machinery (saws, routers, shapers, CNC).
• Read blueprints and work orders to determine materials and sequence.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood to tight tolerances.
• Assemble components ensuring alignment and structural integrity.
• Conduct initial quality checks and address defects.
