Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/32nd inch.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform consistently to meet/exceed production quotas.
• Follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components using glue, screws, nails, and staples.
• Move cabinets along a conveyor for Final Assembly and Final Quality Inspection.
• Identify quality and cleanliness issues and report them.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; report defective parts.
• Mark completed orders in Salesforce to update the build schedule.
• Keep the work area clean and safe throughout the shift.
• Meet production deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Identify and report safety issues to the Group Lead.
