Job summary

Burrows Cabinets, LLC in Taylor, Texas seeks a Machine Operator to operate and maintain CNC machinery, cutting and shaping materials to spec. You will follow setup and changeover procedures, read drawings, and ensure products meet quality standards on a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic understanding of wood species.
• Excellent attention to detail and results-driven approach.
• Able to use a tape measure and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop routings.
• Able to lift heavy objects and work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow the set-up, shut down and operation instructions.
• Able to perform changeovers and replace tooling as required.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and shop routings.
• Ensure all work is completed per the work order.
• Inspect and measure finished products and compare with requirements to ensure quality.
• Perform all design maintenance tasks and keep the area clean.
