Job summary

Burrows Cabinets, LLC in Waxahachie, Texas is seeking a dedicated Cabinet Final Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team. This role focuses on the safe and efficient final assembly of our cabinets using jigs, templates, and hand tools.

You will read drawings, manage supplies, and ensure quality while meeting production schedules. Standard hours are Monday–Friday with occasional overtime and Saturday shifts during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Identify the order sequence and stage product for builders
• Ensure supplies for the day are stocked at area to prevent delaying assembly
• Using jigs and templates, install drawer guides and rails
• Using jigs and templates, install finished doors and install handle hardware
• Using jigs and templates, install drawers and install handle hardware
• Flexibility to move from one role to the next depending on production line and business needs
• Safety wrap completed cabinets for storage or delivery
• Identify quality issue with own work and/or product in assembly process
• Identify safety issues and report to Group Lead
• Mark completed orders in Salesforce to update build schedule
• Clean the work area throughout the shift
• Basic understanding of hand tools (chop saw, pneumatic nail/staple guns, cordless drills)
• Ability to read and comprehend drawings and company paperwork
• Able to use tape measure
• Able to perform to production demands
• Ability to determine common quality defects in material
• Ability to perform other duties requested or required by management
• Follow direction and instruction - coachable
• Work well with other employees
• Follow safety guideline
• Ability to work overtime when needed
