Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an assembler to build cabinet components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will follow work instructions, use hand and power tools, and inspect parts to ensure quality.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and basic math skills. You will contribute to on-time production, maintain a clean workspace per 5S, and assist with packaging and material handling as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, manufacturing experience helpful.
  • Ability to read work instructions and blueprints.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Basic math and measurement skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as required.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers according to specs.
  • Read and follow work orders, production orders, and quality standards.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Identify and report material defects, equipment issues, and quality concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area per 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
  • Assist with material handling, packaging, and other duties as assigned.
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to meet targets.
