Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an MB Assembler to build cabinet components and finished products according to our quality, safety, and production standards. The role uses hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to construct cabinets while maintaining productivity and workmanship expectations.

You will read and follow work instructions, inspect materials, and report defects, while maintaining a clean 5S workplace and adhering to PPE requirements.

Qualifications

• Reads and follows work instructions, production schedules and quality requirements.
• Performs basic measurements using tape measures and other devices.
• Maintains safe work practices and PPE usage.
• Maintains clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Identifies and reports damaged materials or safety concerns.

Responsibilities

• Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and related products per specifications.
• Operate hand and pneumatic tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects and quality issues.
• Meet production goals and daily output requirements.
