Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an MB Assembler to assemble cabinet components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to build cabinets while meeting quality and safety standards.

The role requires reading work instructions, following production schedules, and maintaining accurate measurements. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Basic math and measuring skills.
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble cabinet components, doors, drawers, frames, and related products according to specifications.
  • Read and follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.
  • Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and other assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect materials and completed products for defects and quality concerns.
  • Maintain production goals and daily output requirements.
  • Perform basic measurements using tape measures and other measuring devices.
  • Identify and report damaged materials, equipment issues, or safety concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Assist with cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.
