Job summary

ManpowerGroup in South Bend, IN is seeking a Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. You will set up, operate, and monitor Bystronic laser cutting equipment to produce parts meeting customer specifications.

Qualified candidates have at least 1 year of CNC or laser operation experience, with Bystronic experience preferred. You will read work orders and blueprints, inspect parts, and record production data precisely. Competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of CNC or laser operation experience.
• Bystronic laser experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate laser cutting equipment to run production jobs efficiently.
• Monitor output and make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production instructions to ensure correct part production.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
• Accurately count, label, and record production data; verify proper material usage.
