Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1 to perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment using copper tubing. The role requires reading OMS and job instructions, maintaining safe heating techniques, and ensuring parts meet quality specifications.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintain a clean workspace, and participate in safety programs and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Read OMS and quality specifications.
• Previous brazing/welding/soldering experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand OMS and job instructions.
• Handle materials to and from workstation.
• Perform brazing operations requiring precision.
• Maintain heating techniques for filler material flow.
• Determine material prep, filler metal, and flux requirements.
• Adjust torch flame and tips for brazing operations.
• Maintain quality standards against OMS/specs and perform inspections.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
