Job summary

Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1 to perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment. You will read OMS, prepare materials, and maintain precise heating to ensure high-quality joints.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior brazing, welding, or soldering experience. You must follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred.
• Ability to read OMS and quality specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
• Handle materials to and from workstation
• Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
• Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
• Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
