Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1 to perform critical brazing operations on air conditioning units and related equipment on an assembly line. You will read OMS and job instructions, handle materials, and perform brazing with precision.

The role requires attention to detail and strict adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing setting. High school diploma or equivalent is required; brazing or welding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions.
• Excellent attention to detail for brazing work and quality
• Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
• Experience with brazing, welding, or soldering is preferred
• Ability to read quality specifications and OMS requirements

Responsibilities

• Read and understand OMS and job instructions.
• Handle materials to and from the workstation.
• Perform brazing operations with high precision.
• Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow.
• Determine material prep, filler metal, and flux requirements.
• Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct first/last part inspections.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
